How much does it cost?
You pay per trip — only for the gear and the nights you pick. No deposit, and nothing to buy. A small setup (say, blackout curtains and an air purifier) costs less than the full set. You always see the price before you pay.
Which cities can I use it in?
We're in a growing list of cities and adding more all the time. When you sign up, tell us where you travel and we'll check for you.
How fast can you set it up?
Usually the same day. Book in the morning and sleep in a fixed-up room that night in our main cities. For newer spots, we'll tell you the soonest time when you book — always before you check in.
Do I need to be there?
No. If the place lets us in, we set it up and send you a photo when it's done. Land, drop your bags, and it's ready. Want to be there? Pick a time that works for you.
Is the gear clean?
Yes. We clean and sanitize everything between trips, wash the curtains, and change the filters on a set schedule. The gear in your room is checked just for you.
